x2 - "brilliant & beautiful workmanship !! great play with colors and texture - well done !!"

ps: "is alway's appreciated to see some brilliantly designed textured themes - would be nice to see more as to add more balance the "wc" windowblinds portfolio for members."

I would love to use this texture; however, after several downloads, it is not showing up on the windowblinds box. I have other textures downloaded on the same day that show up, but unfortunately yours is not. Any suggestions?

What you should get when you download is a file called PaisleyPark.wba. You'll need to double click this to install the texture. If you've already done that, I am not sure what to tell you. I just deleted my copy of the texture, downloaded the file and installed it as described here so it seems it should work properly.

Doesn't work for me either.

I'd like to help you get it working... but "it doesn't work" doesn't help much. What exactly did you do? Did it say a new item was installed? Did anything happen when you double clicked the WBA? In the immortal words of Jerry Maguire... "Help me help you!"

OK, here's what happens for me. I click it, it says it's been installed, but when I go to textures it's not there.

I think I see what the problem is... I have uploaded a new version to correct it. In the mean time, for those having trouble with this texture you can use what you already have by doing the following:

1. RENAME the WBA file to PaisleyPark.zip.

2. Open the zip and extract the PaisleyPark.PNG file and put it on your desktop.

3. Open Windowblinds, click on the textures tab and then click on Create Effect.

4. Click the top "Create New From Image" button and then select the PaisleyPark.PNG file on your desktop.

5. When it loads UNCLICK the "make seamless box" and slide the scale slider all the way to the right.

6. Select SAVE from the File menu and call it whatever you want.

7. Click Set all Textures to Window Frame texture and then click the CLOSE button.

You should now have a new texture properly set up to use. Or you could wait for the file to be out of moderation and download again. Sorry for the trouble this caused anyone.

I found it...it loaded, but you cannot see it on the windowblinds...I just started clicking around some of the areas, after I just downloaded another texture and it showed up. It is beautiful...although I never saw anything that said it was associated with a zip file. No matter, I have it now. Thanks
