Marka, I too could not get it to work and I think it is because of the format it is in. The format is .tga and usually the format for a windowblind is .wba. But then I could be wrong and will not try to troubleshoot the issue because I tend to get in trouble when doing so lol (downloading all kinds of stuff to get programs to work)
Maybe someone will read our post and lend a helping hand

Well oopsie... I uploaded the file as .ZIP rather than .WBA. (WBA is just a ZIP) I've reuploaded it in the proper format and with the extra file needed to let Windowblinds install it properly. Sorry for the confusion, I hadn't packaged these before!

It is whatever color you have it set to be... this only applies an extra water drop texture over the top!

ummm i dont know how to intall it.... it downloaded as a paper .wba file and when i click on it it doesnt download..... someone please help... i really want this texture....

You should just be able to double click the WBA file to install the texture, then in Windowblinds choose the blind you want and click on the TEXTURES tab at the bottom of the windows. Scroll over to the extreme right of the textures and you should see the new one. Click it, then APPLY the blind again and voila!
