Personally, I'm not a fan of most WMP skins. However, this is EXTREMELY well-done. I'm very impressed and hope that there's more to come of this same quality. 10's for you!

Hey! Posting works! (had some trouble).
Just to reply to Zacho175 - there is no actual minimise button, I couldn't actually fit one into this design!!
I'm planning a "Thing" thing, so I can make a button menu to have more functions in less space, so the next version will have minimise.
To Chris W, right-click on the player, choose "Options..." and under "Player Settings", check "Display on top when in skin mode".

Thank's 2 bizzare but my inquiry was on the mini effect color ie lightning,matrix.noise etc my ? involves color options on these effects for example matrix in red within night stick. ???????? Is it Possible.

Finally an alternative to Winamp. I have not been able to get the kind of sound from anything else compared to WMP9 so I have just had to deal with the typical standard one. I hope to see updates to this skin! In future updates I would love to see more colors and the ability to dock it on the edge of the screen such as the top or sides. Excellent work!

This skin is great! My one feature request is a bigger minivid window. I like how the minivid window is attached to "The Stick", but its just a tad too small for some things. An option to double the size of the minivid window would be awesome

Chef: Yep I know about this issue - I do plan to either allow the text + mini-vis color to be set, or to change the presets to something more sensible
jobryan26: Docking is not a built-in option with WMP (even v9) but I have some tricks up my sleeve which might just work, so watch out for this in the next version. More colors are on the way...
John Susek: If you click the arrow button at the bottom of the mini-vid, you should get a detached vis/vid screen with zoom presets etc. etc.
If anyone has problems, feel free to me an email (see the built-in skin help).

First: 10's ALL AROUND!! I love this skin, I have been using the original Stick for quite some time now because it is small and stays out of my way while I am working. Love the new one!!!
Second: A few issues I have found, not sure if you are aware of them, but here they are:
-When you put on a playlist and hit play, the name of the song scrolls left to right if it is bigger then the display as it should. When it switches to the next song though, it no longer scrolls. If you hit next through, it goes back to scrolling.
-The shrink arrow on the far right of the bar is not working.
Love the look and feel of this skin otherwise. Thanks again!!!

Yeah, ahem, well... the scrolling isn't perfect I know - it's on my to-do list for v3
Hmmm, dunno why the expand/shrink button isn't working
If you still have the v1 skin in WMP, try deleting both v1 and v2 from WMP, then re-install v2.

I deleted both the v1 and v2 and tehn reloaded v2 and that fixed the shrinking issue. Thank you for the help!! Can't wait for v3!

This is a GREAT one . compact , wouldnt clutter the screen . This IS the only skin to use with the option "Display on top when in skin mode" !
