I have been having the same problem with skins not working, when I try to apply them, nothing happens. Only the skins I already had when I updated to Media Player 10 still work. I have been hoping that this problem will get fixed but it has been a very long time now. I have no ideas as to what the cause of this is, anyone? It sure does get an arg. 
But the skins in the Tronnix style have all been great, can't wait to see this one as well.

I have discovered for myself what the trouble was with skins not working. 
Go to the folder of the skin you are having trouble with, in this case Tronnix, look for the win-media file (Looks like a media player icon), right-click that file and choose properties, then choose "Unblock" then apply the changes.

This is a fantastic work, perfect whit your skin Tronnix.
A request, WMP has discreet visualizations but the Soundspectrum (G-Force, Whitecap) they are superlative and free.
With your skin for WMP it is not possible to visualize them, while with other Skins of WMP yes.
Cannot nothing be done?
