Judging by your contributions (none), I assume you know the fix for the bug in my skin. Okay, I'm lying... The OpenFile bug you speak of seems to be inherent to skins in general. Not only to mine.
I've checked every skin I've downloaded for the proper code for an open file dialogue, and found non that worked properly.
In the mean time, please feel free to right-click on the screen and then select "Open" to open one or more files without losing your current playlist.
