The only suggestion I would make is to remove the "Flux" from the title bar bitmap and instead just title the menu(s) "Flux" with the titlebar font/caption in NextStart.
The reason for this is that I often set the theme settings (menu width, titlebar width, endcap width) to support dynamic/wide menu widths (for example, so that I'm not stuck with "Internet Ex..." for a menu name). Many NextSTART themes seem to have a fixed narrow menu width.
As a result of having NextSTART stretch the title bar, it makes "Flux" all stretched out since its part of the bitmap.
