It's easy to get them like that. In NS, in the Settings menu, click Hide/Show Windows Taskbar. Then drag the Windows taskbar to the side of the screen and size it to the width you want it to be. Then hide the taskbar again in NS.

Adding new themes to NextSTART is fairly simple. Download the .ZIP file and save it in the "\Program Files\Winstep\AutoInstall" folder. Then, you can either restart NextSTART and it will automatically install the themes, or you can go into NextSTART preferences and go to the Themes preferences. There is a box icon with arrows pointing away from the box. If you hover your mouse over the icon, the tooltip will say "Import Theme from Zip file". Click that button. Click the "OK" button on the window that pops up.

poison, I think you're referring to the Sysmetrix skin. And I do it by having Sysmetrix and the skin.
