The Startbar is actually perfect, not sure what DrJBHL meant...? As for the wallpaper, no worries, it stretches as it should on my system.
I have seen some systems where a theme's wallpaper is not automatically stretched, but I still don't know why, only that it has nothing to do with the theme itself.
Now for the (constructive) criticism:
* The multi-state activity bitmaps are not positioned correctly in the Net Meter module.
* The blue outlined text on white in the modules is a very hard to read on my secondary CRT, although it is readable on my primary LCD.
* Temperature in the weather module is too far to the right.
* Humidity Y position needs to be a couple pixels down (or Sky Conditions a couple of pixels up).
* The 3D frames around the icons in the shelf would probably look better with a lighter color (just my personal opinion! )
Overall, very nice theme!

Came across this theme when looking at Winstep Xtreme.
I like the fact that it doesn't impact overly on the desktop real estate, but would prefer it with some modifications - dark background for menu / tabbed docks (workshelves) with an associated white font / grid, bold white font for clock, larger start button that fills height of the taskbar (preferably more colourful - like the Win7 round start icon).
Are you still able to modify this theme, or can I get permission to modify it myself (once I learn how )?
