Sorry Zalaman...Nadim...Kroko...Tanapony and Dusk...we used to get notified when comments were left here but that hasn't worked in ages...and since I have so many themes to keep up with I don't always see these comments.
Anyway...You need to have Winstep installed in order to use any Winstep themes. http://www.winstep.net/
Once you have it installed all you need to do is click on the link in each theme and it should install itself in your themes folder...then once you start Winstep it will appear in your themes tab.

You need "Winstep" in order to install the theme. Once you have that install it should install itself by clicking on the theme.
