As far as an actual skin...unfortunately the original author...Tiggz... never got around to releasing a finished skin for this and has since disappeared off the map...but there are plenty of widgets and such by Tiggz which can be found here ...but no skin.

clicked those links long time ago and, well, i have to accept the idea that master Tiggz is less virtually digital than i'd like him to be... anyway, i keep asking this, need your advice. what wbs would fit this awesome xtreme piece of work? the skin is what i'm interested in...

Not sure what OS your using...but if you have XP try RustyRooster by Treetog...that's about the closest thing to the skin by Tiggz. And who knows...maybe one day Tiggz will return and finish the skin.
