I always wondered one thing and that is how do you guys clearly use the windowblinds maker graphics and never provide any kind of permission other than a link to their windowblinds? I noticed redneckdude does the same thing..I remember when I did it I always had permission from the windowblinds maker..I'm not bitching or anything I guess things have changed from years ago..

Actually your right Richard. I have blanket permissions from numerous skinners and if not I always get permissions either through IRC...Messenger or email to upload themes or docks I do and usually always included the permissions with the themes but I have been slipping lately by forgetting to include those. And I'll be sure to remember that from now on. 
And nothing has changed except for my attention span in old age...permissions are still needed to use anyone's graphics and you can rest assured I never have and never will upload anything without having permission.

You continue to create outstanding Winstep skins that capture the Theme spot on.
One of these days I'm going to have to break down and download Winstep and see what I'm missing.

wow this is what I have been waiting for this is on my top 5 fav themes. thank you for this my friend I have all your winstep themes that you have posted they are GREEAAAAAT!!!! 5 STARS for you like always and thank God now I can vote. lol
