Just a question, for you and Giz as well: why another excellent skin like Titans Forge is still missing a Winstep ?
Are there any particular reasons?

Simple: Very few people skinning Winstep. We're waiting for Jorge to complete the long awaited skinning module...

Yep, my fault. Previously, all skinning settings were part of the UI, but, since very few users actually do skins, those settings were only 'adding to the clutter' for most users. When the new UI was implemented, they were removed to simplify things. The intention was/is to have a stand-alone skinning app, but, resources being limited, focus has been on adding more functionality to the apps themselves rather than finishing the skinning app.
But it will come, trust me.
