This is really nice Mindy. So glad that you are continuing to skin and looks like you are encouraging others (JcRabbit for one). Winstep themes is someting sadly missing from Wincustomize. I really look forward to your next skin. Thank you for sharing.

Mindy, you have an incredible flair for theming. You took a brilliant wallpaper and "Winstep"ed it to perfection. As a recent purchaser of that launcher, I feel it could use a few more stellar themes, and would appreciate it if you could develop one or two additional ones along the lines of this creation, using other geo-locales, of course. In the meantime, this one is gracing my desktop...
