I don't understand but I think I included Yahoo Widget in the zip file.
Anyway, here is the google drive link to get it. Install it, copy the previous choosen widget in /documents/my widgets, then double click it. When launched, right clic on it to change location (zip code or name of the town). Prefs is also by right clic.

this will not run on my pc. W11 Pro. Cannot set location.

Indeed, it doesn't work on mine also when it is OK under W7 & W10. I suspect it has somthing to do with javascript. LEt me check it out.

The fetching data method is a bit more tidy under W11 so I changed it to a cleaner one.
But it was working on mine : I had in fact my firewall blocking internet access.
So, if the widget shows nothing but a triangular icon, hover the area : if tooltip says 'no connection" I suggest to take a look at your network software/firewall, etc...
Anyway, I've edited the file to the cleaner version. Try it and let me know.
I was about to forgot : this update works on all windows flavor, 7/10/11 (check).

There seems to be a "400 bad request" error when trying to download this recently. Could you try readding the file, checking for any spaces or special characters?

It says it needs an app to open it. I have windows10 home. Gadgets work fine. Would love to have it work.
