Hmmm, I did this from scratch, and don't remember seeing this before but as I hit deviantart, wincustomize and other skin sites, it is possible I saw it and drew inspiration from it without realizing it. As his predates mine, I offer my apologies to the creator of BrightAmp, man1c-m0g. It is not exactly a duplicate of his design, but is close enough to make me wonder myself!
