The cursor looks good....but how do I set it? I can't seem to find the file in the pointers in my control panel. Sorry if I sound stupid.

First you need to download and install a program called CursorXP from stardock.com

I can't believe I didn't comment on this cursor...... it's just superb!!! That Busy animation is probably the finest I have seen anywhere! Thanks for sharing.
