When I hover over a link, the cursor all out disappears. Anyone else see this behaviour?

When you hover over a link, a small hand should appear.

I cant get it to work after I extract it. Windows keeps saying that it doesn't know program created it, so it cannot open it. And I got that for the 3 icon sets I downloaded. What do I do?

I like it because it's big and I have a high screen resolution but it's too hard to get just the right spot on the corner to get it to click. You need the arrow there for that. It would be easier that way.
