I am one who likes the smaller simpler less distracting cursors. This one is definately a winner. Nice animations. Doesn't clutter screen. Well Done!

This is Very Nice.
Easy to see and use. It lets you see what mode it is in. Not too busy. The alternating colors are a good touch, too.
