I'm sorry for a delay with my answer but I found your comment only today... You need open the Favorite Editor (Star icon at the bottom). Then type Oshkosh in the search box and press button with magnifier icon. You'll see several results like: Oshkosh, Nebraska; Oshkosh, Wisconsin; etc... Select the right city and save the location. Thats all. 
The string format for United States should be: [City Name], [Country or State Name].

this stopped updating a couple days ago.
tried on a few computers and server busy on all.
any ideas?

So how do I change the city. I have used the proper Latitude and Longitude for my location (Oshkosh, United States) but it keeps showing Chicago, Il.
