Not sure about the fish yet the frames look to be a bit long and would look kind of funny if you put your cursor on it and the fish are in a different position then before you put the cursor on it. Was considering of maybe turning it off until you put cursor on it then have some type of animation. I�m up for suggestions.

Yes, that would be ideal. No need to waste cpu power until it has a mouse over it.
