Hi carolelee, glad you like the object, right click in the middle of it and configure email notify - then you will need to put in your mail server details, its name, your logon and pasword and mail server type. If you don't know any of these things your isp can tell you what they are. I hope this is the source of your problems. Let me know how you get on.

i just got this whole thing so i dont know how to set it up to see if i got mail or not i am a aol user so if you could please tell me how to set it up so that it sees when i get mail?

All works fine, I have tried various mail, weather objects before but always found some lack in funcionality. But Killer really works like a charm.

Is it possible to create a second one on the desktop to monitor a second account? I tried cloning it, but couldn't get it to work right. Probabbly lack of now-how on my part.
