This worksfor me good. It is just what I could use with some other programs that I have running. Also it looks cool.

yeah, I wrote this for work so i could see what network segment i'm connected to. If someone wants to write a script to enable it to hit an external service for an IP I'd be willing to incorporate it.

yep, would be much better if showing external IP also... you get your internal IP to show with almost all taskbars so that way this is useless.
