Yes! I do have the DesktopX builder!

MariusOX, the sidebar should already work for 1280x800. If it looks funny let me know and I'll try to troubleshoot.
jimmyy, sorry, I don't know the script but I glanced through it a bit and line 19 seems to just get a list of processes. Unless you switched to vista or something, I don't know why there would be a problem there. If I have time I'll spend a little time looking at it more thoroughly
Ozkar, your reply for some reason got lost. To export the start menu button on its own,
1. open the vista sidebar
2. right click on the desktopx icon in your system tray and select switch to desktopx builder
3. right click on the start button and select export
4. select "export as packaged object (.dxpack) and click "selected and related"
5. push next and in the next window select where you want to save the new object. When you open this object it should be the start menu button on its own.

Hey kennkh, I did DL the latest version. I'm using Desktop X 3.1 Pro. Using either builder or client still gives me the same problem at startup. Is it just because I don't have the latest version of Desktop X?

You can also try using the builder to look through the script which hides those windows on startup. In the builder, right click on the background bar and select "edit script". Let me know what you see in the window that pops up, and I'll try to troubleshoot.
Sorry I don't have any instructions written up for the thing. The quick launch object on the bar can't be customized right now. It was meant to be a placeholder until I could do something more configurable. If you have any questions about the other objects, however, just post on here and I'll try to help you out.
ozkar, no problem, I'm glad you got it to work.
