Oops! I forgot to make it hidden. Otherwise it's just a part that manages appointments. You can just set its visibility to hidden and it'll work fine.

Great work as usual XX. Just a couple of additional suggestions, it would be great to have the option to modify or turn off the text outlining and shadowing, as sometimes these are undesirable.
I love this object, by the way. I haven't used another calendar since the first one came out.

Yeah? Unfortunately I use Vista, and only versions of DesktopX I use are not compatible with it. 
I will add that feature once I get get version, eventually.

I can use it for a little while, then it freezes up and I have to shut it down manually.

Hmm did you set appt file location? That's only possibility of freezing.

Cannot make appointments, when i click on a day or day name nothing happens. Can anybody help me?

I have find out that the issue is caused by a Language Problem. I´m german and my OS is also running in german. I only can make appointments in April, August, September and November, because this months are same written in german equal to english, but when i make appointment, DesktopX crashes.
Any idea to fix this? I don´t want to run my desktop without this cool calendar!
