It's always nice to turn the clock back a few years.
However, you appear to have forgotten about a few minor improvements made along the way.
A system tray would be nice next time, as would getting the start menu to come up when you click on the line in the top left corner of the program manager (I forget what the button is called, it's been ages since I used 3.11).
Anyway, keep up the good work!

Just one other thing: When i click the File menu, the lines of text don't fit properly in the box, of course, it could just be my computer, but it dosen't matter that much
