Okay this is the story:I tried to upload this theme as a whole(7mb) but couldn't due to my connection.So i cracked it into pieces.All you have to do is to gather all 12 pieces and after you unzip all the files just import all *.dxpack* as objects in a blank theme.All should work fine after you do this. 
Also read the instructions inside the *.zip* file.
P.S>Most of the files are hidden pop-ups.This Internet Icons as all other icons are pop-ups.If you do this right you shouldn't have any problem with the theme(Tested it twice).If you wish to just use the icons import them into a skin and find them through Object Browser(they are insisible at the beginnig),enter their Properties and go to Relation Tab.There is an option that says pop-up(it's a slide down combo-box).From there select 'NO'.Then Apply the changes and all icons will appear.Hope you enjoy these.
