Second, if you want to get the taskbar,startmenu working you need to load the WindowBlinds Dark Industry theme ans initiate it using WindowBlinds on your computer.

Just use ur favorite graphics proggie to design ur own and rezize them to 33x33.
Then right click on the button u wanna change and 'properties'
In that box go to 'states'where you will see 'MouseAway' and 'Mouse over'. Browse for the new button image you have created and import it into the sidebar....Dont forget to do it for both States.
Then resave the object under any name you want. Hope that helpz.
