Do you have the program DesktopX installed on your computer? This is probably what is lacking and can be downloaded ( demo ) or you can purchase a copy from stardock at https://www.stardock.com if you need more info check out tutorials on the forums on this site

I got Window's Blinds, a friend told me to get that. I found GTA Weather and it worked. But the one you made looks twice as better, REALLY nice work on it, friend. But i got that to work, now i want the icons to work like to make them more "Graphical" i guess you can say.. and like make them change colors, for example Green, or blue. plus cursor, so if you have any infomation regarding these things please do comment and help me out, thanks so much! I downloaded this and it didn't come out right, missing quite a bit of info. I tried twice. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
