To start you need to have desktopX 3.0 you can get this at https://www.stardock.com and you should be able to download file and install with no problem. If thats not the problem you might try to rename the extention of the file from .zip too .dxtheme. Let me know if this works or not

Also do you have to have DX3 to run it? I was under the impression that DX3 was in Beta mode at the moment. Is it now public released?
