how come i see only the task bar and the start menu...? there is no gadgets or wallpaper...?

is there any way to remove the mouse over option on the toolbar, that is my only problem with this skin and if it can be sorted it would be absolutely perfect

When it starts to start adding the theme it ask for my Zip and when I type it in it just keeps saying invalid Zip, what do I do?
