I am sorry to say that I didn't think I was ever going to fix things when I tried to switch from this skin to another. The taskbar and the start menu persisted in remaining. Then all signs of Vista's appearance disappeared and the computer seemed to think I was running windows classic.( after restarting )
I admit to being new at this, but I somehow don't think these things are supposed to happen.
I did finally fix it by restarting and then switching to a suite that I knew had worked fine before.
It is a very pretty theme, but made me sweat a time or two.
Also there were several misspellings on the buttons, etc...which is why I tried to switch from it in the first place. I just was annoyed at seeing "bin is ful" and "exxit"

I think you are new to this thats why its all happening. It is a DesktopX theme and doesn't at all deals with your system start menu or otherthings. If you are facing problems over unloading it and loading a new theme then you please right click on DesktopX icon on systray and unload it first then load your desired theme.
And I have written exxit and bin ful willingly because they suited the theme in some or more ways. Buttons only signify what they have to do.
If you want to change these spellings then its so simple...just follow these steps...
1)Right click on DesktopX client and select switch to Dxbuilder.
2)Give time to Dxbuilder to load.
3)After loading completes right click on the object whose spelling you want to change.
and select properties.
4)Go to states tab.
5)Change the text in the text box for each state. You can edit text for individual states by selecting them one by one and editing the text for each.
6)At last click on O.K. and you are all done.
Hope that you have got what you want and now there will be no problem in using this pretty theme.

Oh my I just love this. You have dome a beautiful job with this theme. It works great on my desktop and even goes well with the wallpaper i usually have up. Congradulations. I know this took a lot of hard work .��

this theme is soo sooo gorgeous! Everything needed is all visible (I hate looking for things), the objects are all to scale with the overall design and the colors are very soothing (so sick of basic XP color themes). Thanks for sharing!

Hi attenteva the file has no password, this may be due to corrupt download file. I think downloading a fresh copy of file again may fix your problem. I have tested it again and the file is O.K.

I love the colors and design, so I installed it.
However, when I closed it, my taskbar disappeared and so did the Start Menu.
So I lost my navigational tools and had to restart the computer.
I use XP Pro. Not sure why that happened but it did. So, I removed it.
But it is pretty and seems to work on other computers.

This happens when one unloads Dx themes incorrectly. To unload a theme you should unload DesktopX client from its systray icon. You can also first swith to Dx Builder and go to New Desktop option by right clicking on systray icon.

PLEASE HELP. it won't seem to work on my vista... i've download n unzipped it.. but when i apply it., it seem like the themes are missing/crash.. please.. thanks a lot..

The problem may be because of using theme file directly from zip without extracting, In this way many components of theme fail to load.
So You may try for fresh download file and loading theme file after extracting(If you are not doing so at present.)
