Very nice work Vad_M!!
I'm listening to http://pngusa.streams.bassdrive.com:8000 and everything's working perfectly

Have you considered scrolling the text (indicating the title of the stream, atm), rather than throwing in an ellipsis?

Thanks for you comments!

I can do it. But there is one problem. Each of moving or rotating DX object uses a lot of system resources like Memory and CPU.

For example a simple digital clock show 0% CPU usage in the Task Manager. But the same clock with a three rotated hands may increase this parameter up to 2%!

Are you sure you need a Madia Player that will use ~ 10% CPU during playback of simple mp3 files?

Yes. It works. But the Player doesn't show song title again. OK. I'll begin to solve this problem after I'll finish the Media Explorer & Integrated Media Library for this project. Hope I'll do this.

I run Vista Home premium. I use Loader 6.0, the Weatherlab and the last SD Desktop(is a Vista update coming for that?). I was looking forward to the media processor. Seems to work fine and yes usage is about 1-2% depending on the file type. It is difficult to add music to be played. I cannot choose this as the default player for some reason. Catalog building as was on 4.0 Media player would be nice. The media Libary will be tough for me in the current form as I have 300gb of music. Features all seem fine otherwise. Good work.

My music library is very large too. And I work on a special module right now which will allowme to add/edit/sort my media files and playlists. This is very complex project so I need a few days (or may be weeks...) to finish it. Then I'll upload the update.

This is excellent, as all of your SD Desktop Widgets are. I am using the Desktop Widget and I can add files from my computer and all of your radio links work, but I can not add any of my own radio stations. No matter how I put them in. I copy the URL. and then name it and it will not play. I tried Choice Radio and tried to add smooth jazz. I tried my own SmoothJazz.com and neither would play. I admit I still have the 3.0 Desktop X because I am afraid to change it and it works. I am not a computer whiz therefore I am a chicken and hate to try newer versions. Do you think this is the reason I can't put my own stations in, being it is 3.0? Everything you make works wonderfully on my computer which is fairly new duel processor Media Center, Windows XP bought in November before Visa was going on new computers in January. I didn't want Visa at all. Thanks for everything you do, I love all of your widgets. P.S. I am self taught, that is why I am such a chicken. Darco

Please, don't run the "widget" version of Player! Use only the standalone gadget Media_Processor(G).exe

Give me a link to a radio channel that you couldn't add to the list for testing if this will not help you.

I deleted the Widget and folders with play list that I had loaded from the Widget, started with a clean desktop and loaded Media Processor (G) exe. I still can load my folders, but can not load the radio stations. Here are some that I tried. http://www.smoothjazz.com/ Or any station from http://new.icebergradio.com/ Smooth Jazz---6 to pick from, how about Smooth Sax Or any station from Choice.com I just dont know how to load them. To Darco: I understood...

There is no any problems with media player. Just a format of data you tried to play is unknown for it!
Player is not a web browser. It can play only the URL that contains a media playlists (media streams).
So you will not hear nothing if you'll enter: www.choiceradio.com. However if you'll enter: http://syndication.choiceradio.com/asxplay/asx-music/379.asx the player will play misic.

I'm sorry...

Ok, I put http://syndication.choiceradio.com/asxplay/asx-music with the number I get from hitting right click on the playlist, getting the number displayed there and add that number after the url. For instance http://syndication.choiceradio.com/asxplay/asx-music/440.asx for Classic Music on The Choice station and it works. But how did you know to put that url in there. I tried it on another station (icebergradio) and put that in instead of choiceradio and the only number I could find on the properties, after right clicking the playlist and it didn't work. I tried it on Got Radio - Classic Rock and couldn't get that either. What url did you use for your Got Radio and where did you find the number (example) for Classic Rock at Got Radio.
