I knew that I had the throw me one, but I didn't have the plain one, did you originally put them up separate ? or maybe I accidentally deleted one not realizing at the time that they were different.

Thanks everyone..supershaft1961--You evidently didn't read the read me text in zip.. Put .dll's in sdplugin folder, clear widget cache then reload widget.. Unload widget before doing all this..To clear widget cache click on run widget (from welcome screen), then choose options, then choose clear widget cache, then reload widget and they should be there..Good luck...

richard, i have a question for you. i am in the uk. i am yet to find a weather widget that will show my weather details. i know my area is covered by accu weather.com because the stardock created weather widgets work ok............am i doing something wrong? or are you able to build one that actually will work?

supershaft1961-I'm not a computer wizard but thanks..No problem don't worry about it. Anyway where do you live? Most of the weather widgets, at least the ones I've made cover about any location. So let me know which one you've tried and maybe I can help.. You need to click on location name & then type in for example, (Las Vegas NV or zip code 89119). Then click ok and it should show you weather info for that location.. Let me know, thanks..

tried a few weather widgets richard. l.o.e.s/ no load limit/rogue proton/silca no name a few. they all come up with unknown loaction. however, stardock weather widgets such as the one in my colours burgendy desktop, work when i type in my town name. so i know my area is covered by accu weather.com, but third party widgets dont seem to want to play.(

sorry richard, i get the same invalid message as i did with all the others. it seems to be a common problem with every single weather widget i have tried.

supershaft1961-- Is there some reason you don't want me to know location so I can try and see if it works? Try this gadget version which doesn't need DX to run--> WWW Link

your widget will not accept anything but american zip codes, it will not even accept london, united kingdom or london, uk. as i am in england it presents a slight problem
