Right click on the Recycle Bin icon which is in the taskbar/tray, where the time is, from there you can close it

btw, i guess we place this trash can in front of the windows recycle bin? I don't know what to do with the original bin?

hehe, I don't know also what to do with the original recycle bin...
I saw somewhere a Windows option to hide it, but I don't remember where to find this option again

Yes, DoggNova , brncofan7 has right, go to DesktopX - Settings and under the IconX tab chose "Configure IconX" button,
in the next window click the tab:option and there check the "Recycle Bin" check box.
