Erm, it says that today was Thursday, April 10 but as far as I know, it is Sunday.
The month May is correct, but June 1 should be Wednesday, in Silica Calendar it is Thursday.
I love the design of this calendar very much, a sweet neat little thing. So, in Germany they say that there must be a worm inside of this ...

go into the properties of the widget and select the proper day to start the week. it works fine here. if sunday is the day the week is started with, the calendar is fine. use any other day and the numerical values are off

Unfortunately that doesn't have any effects. If I start the week with Sunday, then today (April 10) is still Thursday. The beginnings of the months are also different: April ends in Silica Calendar at Wednesday. So May should start at Thursday but it doesn't. May starts at Wednesday. So April 30 and May 1 are at the same day. June starts even before May has ended ... and so on.

BTW: Did someone take a closer look at the screenshot?

I think I might have found the problem with the calender.
I have uploaded a fix and it should be available shortly.

If you do have issue if you could also include your short date format that would help.
You can get this format by going to the control panel and selecting Regional and Language Options.

Thanks

This calendar works fine in this year 2005, but all years begin in Saturday (1th January).

Thanks JavaScout

looks a good widget and improvement on the 1st version ... now I hope someone makes a 2nd version of the Silica RSS newsreader, because version 1 to me is hideous ... needs to be larger and more customizable .....

The colour keeps changing back to blue everytime I turn the computer on. It won't stay in the colour I want.

The calendar shows incorrect day when setting Regional Setting (international) other than Windows default setting. Although the year is 2005, the day shows Tuesday for June 17,2005.

Hey Javascout and thanx for a nice looking widget.
I use your suite of widgets a lot and have one request for a even better calendar and that is to ad week numbers to it.

If that would be added to this widget it would be perfect.

Keep up the good work

Just to be clear. I did not make this widget. This is the standard stardock widget with a couple of script fixes.
I maninly uploaded this because it was getting difficult to explain the changes need in order to fix the bugs.
Stardock have said they will be releasing a fixed widget in the future.
