The images don't seem to animate... Does it only animate under specific conditions?

Some animations are more obvious than others. The rain one is very obvious while the sun one is very subtle.

Okay, Specifics it is
When in less Mode, Instead of Display all the text, Barnstaple, United Kingdom, it only displays nstaple, United Kingdom. The Begining text is Missing. Try it for yourself the code is UKXX1463

excellent widget martin. thanx. now if i could only have multiples showing different locations, that would complete it. seems like i read somewhere where you were explaining how it could be done but i can't seem to find it again. i tried putting copy in different directory with no luck. any ideas?

When I made Reble's change I updated the wrong object, overwrote my work and uploaded it!
I remade the object this morning and it should work fine.

this version runs like cr*p on my pc, starts slow, then uses up to 97% and 289mb ram, doesnt animate, and crashes my explorer. cant even get time to adjust it to my location before have to kill the process.

got it to work, after 2 more crashes, and waiting 2mins for it to settle down ... when i expand the 'more' label,the graphics look quite bad ... can post screenies of this but seems the image thingy wont let me .....
