It is a template for something to toogle visability on or off. Like a menu in a mp3 player you can toogle it on or off. I didn't know where to put it so i just put it widgets. Ya i might change it to a object now that you said something.

Just open desktop builder and import the widget and save it as an object.. This is a good idea once I understood what its purpose was...
