hi there,cyber you been doing good,i love this one ,could you be kind enough to tell me how you animated this and what program do you use to animate a jpg photo thanks in advance

Thank you for your comment hawk, much appreciated! The program I use to animate jpegs is DP Animations, and then a good looping program. There are quite a few different ones on the market. Good Luck!
