Oh, dear! Now I feel like a copy cat. I guess it's inevitable since we're using the same program and (apparently) scripts. How many frames did you render, Baron? I did 600 and it took my PC nearly 2 days.

Hi, This one won't run on my machine, but "Welcome to the Machine" does. Did you render in 32 bit? I can't run 16 bit renders. starfish

Starfish: I really don't know why it won't run. Yes, it's 32-bit... my output is just a plain .mpg file converted to a .dream using DreamMaker. I used the exact same process for my previous Dream.

I did 3000 frames @ 1792x1120. Took 3 days on my 4ghz quad core. I was also able to double the duration of the video by using after effects frame blending(makes new frames by analyzing the previous and next frames) to get it to 3 minutes. I also rotated the center circle using after effects to give it a bit more flare.

This dream sort of reminds me of the Sylock Red Dream. It's very well done. If you could take this dream and remove the center and simply had all the outside lines continue to the center and fading off as if you were looking down a tube... or wire. It sort of reminds me of data running down a wire. Great Dream!

I'm really sorry to hear about the problems.
For those who can't get it to work, send me a PM and I will email you a link for the actual .mpg file I used to make the dream. It'll be a link to my webserver so you won't have to bog down your mail system to get it. Let's see if you can play the raw .mpg file.
