Dies ist die Bundesdienstflagge, deren Gebrauch ausschlie�lich Bundesbeh�rden vorbehalten ist. Sie ist nicht die Deutsche Nationalflagge und ihr Gebrauch durch einfache B�rger ist nicht gestattet. Wenn statt des Bundesschildes das Bundeswappen zum Einsatz kommt, wird der Gebrauch geduldet. Vergleiche auch http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bundesdienstflagge. This is a special flag that may only be used by german authorities, it is not the German national flag. The use of a flag bearing a slightly different symbol by mere citicens is tolerated, but not this one. See the quoted link (in German language only, sorry).
