It's blurry, I doubt this can be considered full HD. Did you record this or is it from some other source? Maybe the source is x720? If it truly was full HD it should have very good clarity, and this video does not.

eli472iF, you need to visit Florida in the middle of August to see the haze across the coast line at 5:30am with 100% humidity...it's quite beautiful, and very hazy. Kinda like being in a fog.
The original video is 1920X1080 (1080i) and there was negligible quality loss in the conversion.
