I also have After Effects and Premiere, and found a program called "Sqirlz Water Reflections" to add the ripples much easier to use.
It's free so that makes it even better, but it does limit what you can do.
As to the waterfalls, I'm still learning that myself. �

Looks fantastic.. Think you can do something of the NYC skyline from the Hudson, day or night, maybe with the time transition? I would find that AWESOME
