That was really dumb to ask. That's like saying will any of the dreamscenes sync with my musis like the sun flaring more and more as the beats playing. It's dreamscene.

Dreamscenes can use DLLs to make themselves more dynamic, so yes, there is the potential to have it follow the sounds playing
