You need to install Stardock Deskscapes to use .Dream files as a desktop background

The dream itself is gorgeous however is there a way to turn the speed down? It's running so fast the movement catches the eye all the time. Especially the waving coral at the right looks like a storm in a forest.

This is one cool background. I didn't even have to download it. I just right clicked and saved it to my desktop. Makes a great wallpaper. JCC.

pls help me when i download any dream when i apply this dream in deskscapes it doesnt show me on the desktop there is only black desktop and sometimes its blue and in the middle there is black squrell help pls!
