Very nicely done! However, since it for the background, you should speed down the spaceships. Make them go slow so it does not disturb me while working in windows.

This is one of the lowest cpu hogs. I looks really nice, and it's not too much in your face.
Would be nice if the sky had some type of subtle animation (lightning effect or vortex of clouds or something).
Also it'd look nice if some of those windows lit on and off randomly and maybe spin the top of those towers.

This one was the last one I downloaded... That was the hell of a mistake. Best Dream I found right now. As others said, it would be nice if those ships were slower. Very slow sky animation would be nice as well, but I would advise not to rotate those towers - I think that would create too much movement in the scene. Perhaps slow progressive turning on and off those blue lights could make good efect.
Nevertheless this Dream is really good job done already, it doesn't need any adjustments to be great. But in order to survive, adjustments are inevitable, I think.
