I love the gulls in the air. Nice touch!
And wow, did you shop it for the composition? Because the way the shape of the trees mirrors the shape of the buildings is really cool. If I did that, it was totally unplanned.
Going to try and drive around some this time. Will get you some variety.

I did a little cropping and playing around a little with your photo
to balance the sky water and the landscape and the colors.
