Take a look at here these contests are all screwed the terms were not people from other than USA and not stardock employees and not less than 18
Most are violating it

Huang Choi, you really need to calm down. JJ is not eligible to enter the contest. Stardock and the judges are more than aware of that fact. Why not wait until the contest is over and the winners announced before coming unglued? i'm sure if i was ranting and raving like that i'd be in the hospital.
out of curiousity, why are you here? you haven't uploaded any skins or screenshots here. you have yet to download anything. plus, you joined the site today. did you come here just to rant about jjying?

Wow, that's amazing, it completes my Alienware Invader theme. however, it glitches slightly at the beginning of the loop, the..fan blades (?) that spin clockwise seem to loose their blur or there position for a split second.

yet again jj nice job only one thing i see wrong with it it is that every few seconds i can see where you looped the video still AWESOME job i couldnt do better
