Nitpicky question. What is the little white square on top of pic that flashes on/off rapidly? Detracts from otherwise great idea.

About which square is it ?
On the video I did not watch this.
Maybe the problem is in the codecs, try installing the latest K-Lite Codec Pack.

You are not the only problem with the flashing white square.
You have not correctly playing the video.
I have Win 10 too such was.
The problem was solved when installing the K-Lite Codec Pack Mega http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
Another important point when you upgrade to Windows 10
you have to reinstall these codecs, apparently something changed in the settings.
At least I had that.
Try installing these codecs (if even installed)
when installing select resetting codecs by default.

Thank you SO MUCH! It worked! I installed the codec pack and the white square disappeared!!!! Sorry to be such a pain in your butt. I really love the way this looks on my Desktop. BRAVO! Beautiful work!
