NOTE: WB6 does NOT work with Win7. Only IP5 does.

WB7 does not share the same interface as IP5. WB6 does, and WB6 only works with XP & Vista and not 7. IP5 does work in 7 because I tested it. Understand? It's like this:
WB6: XP, Vista
WB7: XP, Vista, Se7en
IP5: XP, Vista, Se7en
But this UI isn't designed for WB7, as I don't know whether WB7's UI can be customized or not. Let alone if the "image" files are even named the same thing. WB6 & IP5 share the same filenames such as "left.png" and "background.png".

I'm sorry if i'm confusing you guys.
This "tweak" was mainly designed for more experienced Stardock users. I've released something like this once before. I"m just trying to do something different.
