They are very kool but i dont noe how to put them into effect. i always getit saying windows cant open it telling me to locate the program. Please give some more instructions for ppl like me that cannot figure out computer stuff.

when I was downloading the icons and when the file came i klicked on it and than it stands "wich program do you want to open it with"AND PLEASE HELP THEY ARE SO COOL
